This notice covers information submitted through the Repdate marketing website. Product data is governed separately by the agreement and deployment documentation for the applicable Repdate environment.

Information we collect

When you request a walkthrough, we collect the identity, organization, role, reporting-workflow answers and contact permission you submit. We may also retain the landing page, referrer and campaign parameters that brought you to the form.

How we use it

We use this information to assess your inquiry, arrange the requested conversation, follow up about Repdate and understand which acquisition channels create relevant interest. We do not ask for report files, policyholder information or client-confidential figures through this form.

Providers

Formspree processes and stores form submissions so they can be delivered to the Repdate team. Google processes information entered into its appointment-scheduling page. The website may use Vercel Analytics and an approved, consent-aware product analytics service for aggregate performance and funnel events. Provider and hosting details must be confirmed before production launch.

Retention and your choices

Lead-record retention, the responsible legal entity, privacy contact, lawful basis and jurisdiction-specific rights must be finalized before launch. Until then, this page is implementation copy and must not be treated as approved legal advice.
